This won't be one of those long technical reviews. I'm writing this because of the battle of three giant which becomes the main cover story of all magazines.
As we see today every company is trying to come in the hardware tech market.some tries to go to mobile, some towards laptop and now going to tablets.everyone in the battle of being no.1. Google's Nexus 7 ($199 for 8GB, $249 for 16GB) is a game-changer. The first tablet with Android 4.1 "Jelly Bean," it's the most bang for the buck you can get in the market right now. Lets start with Kindle fire, its is a 7-inch tablet with price of $149 for 8 GB, which means that it's half as big as an iPad, and way closer in size to a paperback book. It could be a little easier to grip, but Amazon went minimalist here, rather than opting for some weird-looking ergonomics. Because of the size, reading is easier than on an iPad, though kids' entertainment and other engrossing interactive content isn't as fun. And because the Fire is widescreen, unlike the more 4x3 iPad, videos look almost as big as they do on Apple's much larger device. As far as screen quality goes, it's on par with the iPad.

The Nook Tablet is the realization of the vision those techies had for the original Color — it’s a real tablet, Its come in price of $249 which much more than kindle fire but its memory also increased than kindle. so much so that B&N even put it in the name. With a new dual-core processor, 16GB of memory, improved app store, and a few more multimedia features, this year Barnes & Noble is hoping that the Tablet can capture the hearts of those out there looking for an iPad alternative that’s more than just a color e-reader. But will it? We’re not talking about a holiday season like last year’s, where Android tablets were still in hiding and Amazon wasn’t on the scene. Does the Tablet live up to its name? Can it extinguish the Fire?

Almost anything you can do on a Kindle Fire or a Nook Tablet, you can do on an iPad, with a screen that's twice the square inches. Even if the iPad isn't a direct competitor, it's safe to say it will lure many bigger spenders away from the reader-focused tablets.
Some people prefer the lighter weight and smaller 7-inch screens on the Nook Tablet and Kindle Fire, in part because they're better for reading books and watching movies by yourself.
And let's face it, the iPad is $500 — baseline. Until it's $399, or even $299, it's not going to reach the greatest number of people who want it, even if its merits are abundantly clear.

When Google is mere minutes away from kicking off its yearly I/O conference and perhaps the biggest news of the show, the announcement of the Nexus 7, was spoiled by the Google Play Store. The announcement yeasterday came at Google's I/O developer conference in California, will pitch Google into battle with Apple's iPad and the online retailer Amazon, whose Kindle Fire tablet was launched in the US seven months ago. Priced at $199 (£127), Google's Nexus 7 is both more affordable and physically smaller than many of its rivals. Both 8GB and 16GB models pack a 7-inch 1280×800 HD display (216 ppi) back-lit IPS display covered in “Scratch-resistant Corning glass”. A Tegra 3 SoC powers Jelly Bean (Android 4.1) and Google promises the 4325 mAh battery should provide up to 8 hours of use. There’s NFC, GPS and a 1.2MP front-facing camera.
The tablet is light. Weighing in at just 340 grams you’re probably not going to notice any extra weight when you throw it in your book bag or purse. The back-lit IPS display is easy to see from a variety of angles, and while some connectivity issues prevented us from doing things on the web what we were able to do on the tablet without an internet connection -– or with a spotty one at times — zipped along.
Most important is the Nexus 7's price point, which up until now has largely been one of the main issues with Android tablets - price. It's fair to say that the Kindle Fire has done a good job proving that there is indeed a market for lower cost, simplified tablets at an aggressive price point, and the Nexus 7 is Google's answer. Pricing for the Nexus 7 is $199 for the 8 GB model, and $249 for the 16 GB model. There aren't any other differences between the two, nor is there a model with cellular connectivity – this is strictly WiFi only, but again, this is a tablet for the masses without the carrier hurdle.

When you look at the above specs, it seems puzzling that ASUS was able to get the price down to $199 so effectively. Getting to that lower price point is easier with a few things - physically smaller device and display, exclusion of full size USB or other ports (there's only microUSB), no rear facing camera, and good commodity component sourcing. The added plus is that if you run 1280 x 800 at a smaller size, out comes a pretty high DPI panel at the same time. Other than that though, you end up getting a device which is actually very impressive otherwise, with a quad core SoC and attractive form factor.
